MeetTrack is publicly available on the Chrome Web Store but its functionality is restricted to authorized Jumpad (www.jumpad.ai) customers only. Access to the service features requires:
- An active Jumpad customer account
- Being on the authorized whitelist of users
- Valid authentication through the Jumpad platform
Non-Jumpad customers who install the extension will not be able to access or use any of MeetTrack's recording or meeting capture features.

- Meeting recordings are retained according to your organization's Fusion platform settings

- Authentication data is retained until you log out or uninstall
9. Service Eligibility and Access Control
9.1 Access Requirements
- Active Jumpad subscription
- Organization must be whitelisted in the Jumpad platform
- Valid user authentication through Jumpad's systems
9.2 Non-Authorized Users
- Users without Jumpad authorization cannot access recording features
- No data is collected from non-authorized users
- Non-authorized users will receive authentication errors if they attempt to use the service
10. Third-Party Services
MeetTrack integrates with:
- Google Meet for recording functionality
- Fusion platform for storage and management
- Chrome Web Store for extension distribution
11. Children's Privacy
MeetTrack is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
