What we collect and why
When you visit, our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the website. We use necessary browser storage to remember your language, theme, and privacy choices.
If you accept optional tracking, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity helps us understand navigation through interaction data and session recordings. If configured, Meta Pixel measures visits and campaign conversions. These services may receive device and browser information, identifiers, pages visited, referral information, and interaction events.
If you email us or request a demonstration, we use the information you provide to respond and follow up on your request. Our calls to action lead to get.jumpad.ai and include campaign parameters identifying the referring website and button. Review any additional notice shown by the destination form before submitting information.
Purposes and legal bases
Optional analytics and advertising tracking depend on your consent. You can decline them and still browse the website. Necessary operation and security processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure website, subject to your rights. Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and security. With your consent, information is shared with Google for Analytics, Microsoft for Clarity, and Meta when its Pixel is configured. Providers supporting contact and demonstration requests may process the information you submit for those purposes.
These providers may process information outside Brazil. Applicable protections for international transfers must be observed. You can contact us to request information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your data. Their privacy and cookie notices also describe their processing.
Retention and security
Browser storage remains for the periods described below, or until you clear it. Cookie lifetime is different from how long a provider keeps collected data. Provider account settings and applicable requirements affect that retention.
Contact information is retained while needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and for applicable legal requirements or the exercise of rights. Ask us for information about the retention applicable to your specific request. We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information; no online system is entirely free of risk.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD, subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability, information about sharing, and deletion of data processed on consent.
